With an offset account your savings and home loan are linked. Why is this so appealing? Because it means an Offset Account can reduce both the term of your home loan and the amount of interest you pay. Paying into this type of account also offers much greater flexibility with the advantage that you can access your money in the event you need it.
Redraw Facility
So you want to pay off your home loan faster? At Big Sky there are no rigid rules when it comes to making extra repayments. In fact, we encourage you to make additional regular or lump sum repayments whenever possible as it could slash years off your home loan. At Big Sky we also know and understand you may need access to these additional repayments; members can therefore redraw these additional payments ($500 minimum) at anytime.
