Our Difference

We're not a bank and our 'customers' are happy - that’s our difference in a nutshell. We offer the same services as them, from kids banking through to financial advice for retirees, but we do things differently. As a mutual we're not owned by shareholders motivated by profit, but rather, ultimately as a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian Unity, by its 310,000 members, all of whom are seeking value for money. This means we're not conflicted, so we don’t give you a killer rate one week and have to change it shortly after - instead by consistently returning profits back to our customers in the form of better rates, fairer fees and outstanding customer service we make them happy.
