If you are in Australia, call Big Sky during business hours on 1300 654 321 or call 1800 224 004, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you are overseas you can either
- Ring Australia on 612 9959 7480
- Go into an overseas bank and ask them for the phone number to cancel your Visa Card; or
- Call operator assistance to obtain the Visa Global Assistance phone number for the country you are in.
