Term Deposit Early Redemption
|
In exceptional circumstances access to term deposits may be approved by management prior to maturity. A sliding scale penalty applies to the interest earned. Note that the principal will not be reduced.

Transaction Limits
|
Cash Withdrawals & Daily EFT Access
|
A maximum daily cash withdrawal limit (including EFTPOS) of $1,200 applies for both VISA & Redicard.
|
Internet & Telephone Banking
|
The limit for external payments or transfers for telephone banking is $10,000 per day and $5,000 per day for Internet banking. However, when paying a bill using BPAY the limit is set at $100,000, although individual billers may set their own limits below this. We reserve the right to limit BPAY transfers below this amount at any time. You must apply to us in writing to establish or change your transaction limit. We may at our discretion vary this limit in accordance with your written instructions. We will inform you if the limit is changed.

Changes
|
We reserve the right to change any of the fees and charges detailed in this brochure, introduce fees, remove fees, waive fees, vary transaction limits and to change our current policy on Government Taxes and Duties. If we change fees and charges members will be notified in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions.

Loans Fees & Charges
|
Certain other fees and charges may apply. These fees and charges will be detailed in the relevant contract, terms and conditions and/or brochure.
|
Fees for obtaining copies or traces of transactions will not be incurred if it provides evidence of a credit union error.
