If you are travelling OVERSEAS you can either:

- Ring Australia on +61 2 9959 7480 - including appropriate international dialling codes from the country you are in. Visa International will acknowledge your notification by giving you a reference number that verifies the date and time you contacted them. Please retain this reference number.
- After contacting the Visa card or Redicard HOTLINE, you should confirm the loss or theft as soon as possible to Big Sky.

- Go into an overseas bank and ask them for the phone number to cancel your Visa Card; or
|
- Call operator assistance to obtain the Visa Global Assistance phone number for the country you are in.
