Every year we conduct a Member Satisfaction survey to ensure that we continue to provide our members with the highest level of service and member benefits. In 2010, we are taking this one step further.
Member feedback is important to us, and you have told us that you would like to hear more about our new developments, new products and new and exciting offers, and that’s exactly what we will be doing from February 2010.
This new initiative will see Big Sky members personally contacted from time to time throughout the year. As part of this communication, we will introduce to our members a range of product and service information, new offers as well as asking our members for their feedback to ensure we continue to deliver member benefits in line with members expectations from their credit union.
We look forward to talking to our members to further strengthen our relationships while continuing to offer banking where members benefit.
